At AM Masale, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience for all customers.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only in the following situations:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Order cancelled by AM Masale due to stock unavailability
  • Eligible replacement not possible

Refund approval is subject to verification by our support team.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders will be processed via UPI or Bank Transfer after collecting customer banking details.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Opened or consumed products
  • Taste preferences
  • Incorrect order placement by customer
  • Delayed delivery caused by courier partners beyond reasonable control
